In a condolence meeting of Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association, Srinagar, the members expressed its grief on the sad demise of a Mr. Noor Mohammad Dar, Advocate & President of the District Bar Association, Budgam, resident of Rasoo Budgam. The deceased Advocate was ill for some time and was admitted in SMHS Hospital for the past 14 days, where he breathed his last today on 06th of August, 2020.
The Bar Association while condoling the death of the deceased person, express its deep sympathy and solidarity with the members of the bereaved family in this hour of grief. The Bar members while showing their love and affection towards the deceased Advocate threw light upon different stages of his life and highlighted his
role as a lawyer, Public Prosecutor for 25 years and three times President, District Bar Association Budgam. It was stated that the deceased besides being a good professional lawyer, was a noble human being, polite, humble and has always remained social and helpful to the lawyers and litigants in general and Juniors Advocates in particular.
It was May Almighty Allah grant solace and peace to the departed soul and give patience to the members of the bereaved family to bear the loss.
It was further decided by the Executive Committee to send this condolence resolution to the members of the bereaved family and a delegation of lawyers will also go to the residence of the deceased i.e., Rusoo Budgam, to express sympathies and solidarity with the members of the bereaved family.
